Municipality of Bluewater - 2025, 2026

Bayfield Waste Water Treatment Facility Expansion

​

The project involves the complete construction of a water treatment facility, including all labour, materials, and equipment. Work includes site preparation, lagoon berm construction, drilling a new well, modifying an existing control building, and constructing a new one. It also includes concrete structures, installation of pre-selected treatment equipment (screening, pumps, reactors, filters, UV disinfection, etc.), piping, electrical systems, monitoring and control systems, and plant start-up.

Bowerhill Booster Pumping Station

​

This project covers the full construction of the Bowerhill Booster Pump Station. Key work includes building the control structure, concrete foundation and floor slab, driveway construction, site grading, storm drain installation, three booster pumps with variable speed drives, three fire pumps with soft starters, piping, HVAC, a standby generator with enclosure, and all related electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.

Hespeler Waste Water Treatment Plant Disinfection & Contact Chamber Upgrades

​

​The project involves expanding and upgrading the existing disinfection contact tank, including new stairs, concrete repairs, and a surrounding sidewalk. It also includes installing mechanical mixers, building a new Sample Building and PAA storage facility, adding a PAA unloading pump skid, constructing a catch basin, and upgrading instrumentation.

Elmira Waste Water Treatment Plant Primary Clarifier Upgrades

The project involves installing a system to offload sludge from the Elmira WWTP to tanker trucks using a new loading platform. Work includes mechanical upgrades for sludge transfer, SCADA and electrical improvements for operator controls and monitoring, and civil work such as paving, yard services, and a concrete pad for the offloading rack.

Municipality of Huron East - 2021

Brussels Waste Water Treatment Plant New Filter Building

The project involved the construction of a new dedicated filter building. This included concrete foundations, structural framing, mechanical and electrical systems installation, and integration with the existing wastewater treatment processes. Site works encompassed underground services, yard piping, grading, and associated civil works to support the new infrastructure. The project aimed to enhance filtration capacity and improve overall plant performance to meet current and future regulatory standards.

Mannheim Water Treatment Plant ASR Wells

The work involved upgrades at the Mannheim Water Treatment Plant, including installing new pumping systems, converting an existing well for a different use, adding a booster pump and housing, and connecting the new components with piping and electrical wiring.

Preston Waste Water Treatment Plant Clarifier Replacements

​

The work involved replacing four primary clarifier mechanisms at the Preston Wastewater Treatment Plant, This included installing new clarifier mechanisms, upgrading sludge piping, valves, and pumps, and making structural improvements to the primary sludge gallery. It also involved constructing a new flood-proof electrical room on helical piers and installing updated motor control centers and fire code-compliant mechanical systems.

Waterloo Landfill Leachate Pump Station 3

The project included site preparation, installation of new underground and above-ground infrastructure, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and control systems. It also involves replacing and retrofitting existing components, restoring affected areas, and completing testing, commissioning, and demolition activities.

Beaver Creek Sanitary Pump Station Emergency Overflow Tank

The project involved construction of an emergency overflow tank to improve wastewater management during high-flow or emergency events. It included site grading, road access, piping, electrical and control integration, and a flushing system, all designed to prevent sewage overflows and enhance the station’s reliability.

Dorchester Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion

​

The project involved decommissioning existing treatment components and constructing new infrastructure, including a screening facility, two SBR tanks, and a filter building with disc filters. It also included upgrading the UV system, addressing operational issues, installing yard piping and related structures, and completing site restoration and landscaping.

Quinlan Sewage Pump Station

The work involved the development of a fully functioning sanitary sewage pumping facility, including the building a new wet well, valve chamber, and control building, along with the installation of all associated yard piping, site grading, electrical and mechanical systems, and other related site works and appurtenances required to support the operation of the station.

Municipality of Kincardine - 2018

Connaught Park Sewage Pump Station

The project included building a new sanitary sewage pumping facility consisting of a wet well, valve chamber, and control building. The project also involved extensive site work such as yard piping, electrical and mechanical installations, grading, and restoration. All components are designed to function as a fully integrated pumping station to support local wastewater infrastructure.

Municipality of Middlesex Centre - 2018

Ilderton Waste Water Treatment Facility Expansion

​

The project involves constructing a new on-site influent pumping station with four submersible pumps and a precast concrete wet well, along with a headworks/administration building housing screening and grit removal units, process equipment, and staff facilities. It also included building an above-grade flow equalization tank, installing new chemical dosing pumps, modifying existing caustic and gravity sewer systems, and adding yard piping.

Municipality of Chatham-Kent - 2017

Highgate Reservoir & Pumping Station

​

The project involved installing 9 km of watermain from Ridgetown to the Highgate reservoir and pumping station, along with site grading, fencing, and driveway work. It included the removal of an existing sampling station and installation of distribution and emergency pumps, process and yard piping, and a sodium hypochlorite system.

Lystek International Inc. - 2017

St. Thomas Waste Water Treatment Plant Lystek Process Building

​

The project involved constructing a new Lystek process building, including a cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation, floor, and two-storey exterior walls. The structure featured masonry cladding and hollow-core precast roof slabs. All necessary excavation and backfilling were also completed. Additionally, a circular reinforced concrete foundation and floor were built to support a glass-lined storage tank.

Galt Waste Water Treatment Plant Secondary Digester Conversion

The project included significant upgrades to the solids treatment process. This included refurbishing the existing anaerobic digesters and constructing a new biosolids dewatering facility equipped with mechanical thickening and dewatering systems. These improvements were designed to enhance the plant’s overall efficiency and increase its capacity to manage and treat wastewater solids.

City of London - 2008

Elgin Area Water Treatment Centre - Backup Generator & Building

​

The project involved the construction of a new backup generator building and installation of emergency power systems. This included site preparation, concrete foundations, structural steel, architectural finishes, and the supply and installation of diesel generators with associated fuel systems, switchgear, and controls. The goal was to provide reliable backup power to ensure uninterrupted operation of the water treatment facility during electrical outages.

City of Kitchener - 2007

Lower Hidden Valley Waste Water Pumping Station

​

The project involved constructing a new sanitary sewage pumping station designed to serve growing wastewater demands. The work included installation of submersible pumps, a cast-in-place concrete wet well, a valve chamber, control building, process piping, electrical and control systems, as well as site grading, landscaping, and road access improvements. The project aimed to increase capacity and reliability of the area’s wastewater infrastructure.
